This is the inaugural edition of the recipe corner - new recipes will be posted as they become available, stay tuned. These will be "runner friendly" recipes, with the emphasis on low fat, carbohydrate and nutrient rich fare. Submissions will be very welcome. ![]() Chicken Chili 2 1/2 cups water
1 tsp lemon pepper
seasoning
1 tsp cumin
4 ckn breasts; bone or boneless 1 tsp olive oil![]() 1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup chopped onion
2-9 oz can /frozen white
corn
2 cans of green chilis or jalepeno - to
taste
1 tsp cumin
2-3 tbs lime juice
2-3 cans canellini beans |
